Job Description

What you can do for us:

  • Will be responsible for maintaining compliance with Safety and Health standards and all safety procedures
  • Develop plant maintenance programs to achieve production and quality goals and cGMP compliance.
  • Lead reliability engineering efforts to ensure continuous improvement in production reliability. Identify innovative technological solutions.
  • Develop and implement measurement criteria to assess the effectiveness of maintenance programs and cost containment goals. Develop and manage a unit maintenance budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the maintenance program.
  • Develop and implement improvements to maintenance management practices.
  • Will supervise plant maintenance staff including Mechanical Integrity team, Maintenance Supervisors, Planners and Maintenance Tech’s.

Qualifications

What you can bring to the table:

  • BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical preferred). CMRP certification a plus.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience managing a maintenance department in a manufacturing environment.
  • 8+ years experience of industrial maintenance experience in a GMP regulated environment.
  • Experience in maintenance, reliability, TPM, preventative/predictive maintenance and root cause failure analysis (RCFA)
  • Experience in CAPEX and project management from concept to completion.
  • Knowledgeable with CMMS desired.
  • Knowledgeable with process equipment, electrical systems, mechanical conveying equipment, piping, PSM and equipment troubleshooting.

Senior Process Engineer

Job Description

Work as a team player with company employees on assignments. Work toward building consensus on assignments by finding solutions which meet the best interests of all parties involved.

1)  Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs).

2)  Develop gas, water, and solids mass and energy balances.

3)  Develop Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and oversee their issue.

4)  Develop equipment and line list and oversee their issue.

5)  Develop duty specifications for equipment.

6)  Assign process data for control valves and instrumentation.

7)  Working knowledge of in-house software.

8)  Perform and document process calculations, develop standard calculation methods, and check calculations by other process engineers.

9)  Develop new in-house software calculations when needed.

10) Serve as Lead Process Engineer for a project. As required, take direction from project management or other Chief Engineers.

11)  Review vendor documents and documents from other disciplines.

12)  Contribute to the preparation of plant operating instructions.

13)  Review logic diagrams prepared by E&I department.

14)  For new systems and processes, develop logic diagrams in coordination with E&I department and other disciplines.

15)  Evaluate existing and new process designs, keeping safety in mind.

16)  Participate in Process Hazards Analysis (PHA) reviews. Lead PHA reviews (if trained).

17)  Participate in client training (phase 1 training).

18)  Participate in plant start-ups and plant troubleshooting.

19)  Assist with proposal preparation when needed.

20)  Perform engineering man-hour estimates.

 

Qualifications

1.  Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering.

2.  Minimum ten (10) years experience in a technical or industrial environment.

Job Description

You would be part of a new Operations team that will work closely with developers helping them with the day to day operations.

As part of this team, you will build or use tools to collect and analyze data that will help understand the quality of services and debug operational related issues

 

You will be responsible to:

1. Implement tools to scale applications written in various languages (Java, C++, etc.), setup alerts and      monitoring.

2. Help the software development teams with reviewing and collecting information related to

operational issues.

3. Review and document complex projects with many stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Development of financial target metrics and assist plant management to meet those objectives (i.e. business plan/budget); lead plant period-end financial close including profitability analysis; maintain accurate general ledger in accordance with SOX requirements, and a lead team of six accountants.

Business planning and analysis including cost management – Develop financial target metrics and assist plant management to meet those objectives (i.e. business plan/budget)

General accounting – Lead team of six accountants to close plant period-end financials including profitability analysis (monthly/quarterly/annually)

Compliance – Maintain accurate general ledger in accordance with SOX and state/local tax requirements

 

Qualifications:

2.  8 to 10 years’ experience REQUIRED.  Automotive experience preferred.
