The Manufacturing Engineer is primarily responsible for the daily operations of the manufacturing unit, providing detailed process and technical guidance for the Operations Team and identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements. This position is expected to provide onsite direction and communication with operations personnel.

In this position, you’ll design, plan, coordinate, and administer plant capital projects which will improve plant performance in the areas of operation, cost reduction, quality, safety, and environmental. You’ll develop and recommend improvements in manufacturing methods, layouts, and equipment. And you’ll assist in troubleshooting process and equipment problems.

In this position, you’ll develop, implement, and maintain systems for the predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance for upkeep of the plant and its facilities. Additionally, you’ll develop clear future visons (5–10-year visions) for the department and maintenance techniques that are in line with the global Company main goals and values. These include all mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, facilities, and code QC activities. Manage and lead maintenance personnel including contract resources.
