* 3+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience. * Hands-on industrial electrical systems design experience. * Experience with power and control-system design. * Working knowledge of NEC and NFPA requirements. * Experience performing electrical power and control-system calculations. * Experience within consulting engineering, engineering/design, design-build, industrial, or similar project environments is highly desirable. * Experience with Revit and SKM Power Tools is desirable. * Familiarity with lighting calculation software. * Experience with power systems and AC drives. * Knowledge of lighting systems and lighting controls. * Familiarity with medium-voltage electrical systems. * Experience with gas detection, fire alarm, and lightning protection systems is valuable. * Experience with power regeneration and facility energy-reduction projects is desirable. * Experience supporting equipment installation, start-up, and commissioning. * PE license is preferred but not required. * Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

* Design electrical systems for technically complex industrial projects. * Develop power and control-system designs and associated engineering calculations. * Ensure electrical designs meet applicable codes, project requirements, budgets, and schedules. * Apply NEC and NFPA requirements throughout the electrical design process. * Develop and support designs involving power distribution, controls, AC drives, lighting, and related electrical systems. * Collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, manufacturing teams, clients, and suppliers. * Support projects throughout design, construction, equipment installation, start-up, and commissioning. * Perform or support power-system and control-system engineering calculations. * Coordinate electrical requirements with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams. * Manage multiple projects and respond effectively to changes in deadlines, scope, and design requirements. * Support equipment installation and field activities at customer facilities. * Participate in project meetings, start-up activities, troubleshooting, and commissioning. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical engineering and project-delivery processes.
