Conduct I/O checkout and troubleshoot control-system and instrumentation issues. Calibrate instrumentation and tune PID control loops. Validate PLC/HMI programming against required control sequences. Develop wire-pull schedules and scopes of work for contractors. Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and other field activities. Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, customers, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Position supports an established organization operating within the industrial engineering, automation, and technical consulting sector. Hybrid work arrangement with regular presence required at the employer’s Wisconsin engineering facility. Approximately 25–40% travel may be required, including overnight travel to customer facilities. Travel may include design meetings, equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting, start-up, validation, and commissioning. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Candidates outside Wisconsin may be considered if they have a genuine interest in relocating to the area.
