Specific Skills

Experience with C#, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and the Microsoft MVC stack. -Knowledge and expertise in Infragistics toolkit, SQL Server and Microsoft Excel add-ins are a plus. -Ability to understand business requirements and create solutions using a combination of technologies. -Have a good understanding of how the various technologies work with each other along with their strengths and limitations and be able to identify optimal choice of technologies for a given problem. -Ability to write complex computer programs and debug them. -Ability to create simulation programs to test the solutions being built.

Responsible For

-Develop and maintain the necessary technology to create unique portfolio & risk analysis solutions delivered to clients over the web. -Perform functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development, implementation, test, document, and maintenance of software applications and operating systems, including utility software, development software and diagnostic software. -Analyze, design, develop, and perform testing of software from start to implementation.

Additional Requirements

The client is a small (7 employees) software company developing software for major financial institutions. They will consider candidates in the 4-15 year range. What's most important is the fit. They like stable candidates who seem ready to commit to being a long term employee. This is a hands-on coding role, so a more senior level candidate must still be hands-on. This position is fully on-site, no remote. Candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance to Fair Lawn, NJ. The key skills are classic ASP, C#, Javascript, Jquery.
