Solar Systems Design Engineer

Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Solar Systems Design Engineer (5–15 years) to lead end-to-end design for commercial and industrial solar + energy storage (PV + ESS) projects. You’ll work on technically complex systems using cutting-edge hardware (e.g., Tesla Megapacks, advanced inverters) and collaborate closely with drafters, project managers, utilities, and AHJs to deliver safe, compliant, constructible designs.

This is a growth-focused role: if you drive quality, communicate clearly across teams, and improve processes, you’ll have a path to leadership.
