Managed an organizational unit within a Medicaid Agency in a State or U.S. territory Valid MD Pharmacist license required (or ability to attain one within 6 months of starting the position)
  • Project Mgmt Professional (PMP) Certification (or ability to attain within one within 6 months of starting the position)
  • Have a min 3 years client-facing management experience providing services to large health care claims processing organizations
  • Demonstrate great problem-solving skills and the ability to create and implement solutions
  • Strong knowledge of cost/benefit analysis and experience in P&L management1) Primary responsibility shall be to ensure the Contractor’s compliance with contract requirements and shall be the designated point-of-contact for contractual issues.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Responsible For
  • Formulating and administering company policies for compliance
  • Meeting P&L targets to deliver on revenue targets
  • Acting as a liaison between client internal teams
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities by growing current business and identifying potential new sales and partnerships
  • Working on-site for client engagements to build trusted, collaborative relationships
  • Primary responsibility shall be to ensure the Contractor’s compliance with contract requirements and shall be the designated point-of-contact for contractual issues.
  •  Remain current on industry trends and best practices and provide recommendations on how to integrate or modify the Maryland solution to take advantage of such trends and best practices.
  •  Assists in determining reimbursement methodologies by providing expenditure and utilization data by the National Drug Code (NDC), current version.
  •  Must be 100% dedicated to the Contract.
  • Must be located at Contractor’s Local Facility in Northern Maryland.
Additional Requirements
Be a licensed Pharmacist or the ability to acquire a State of Maryland Pharmacist's license within six months of starting the job.  So at the very least they'll need a Pharmacy license from another state They will need to have a PMP certification or be able to acquire one within six months of starting the job Minimally three years of Account Management/Client Facing experience.  Someone from a National Account would be ideal but not a pure tech candidate
