Qualifications
  • Experience in Operations Leadership and Service Delivery
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant
  • Have large Project Management leadership experience
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Have excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Provide financial trend and forecast analysis/validation
  • Be adept at Knowledge managed healthcare pharmacy operations, supporting application solutions, a retail point-of-sale prescription/pharmacy system
  • PMP certification is a plus, not a requirement

  • Experience with Claims Processing in a large scale Pharmacy operation
  • Institutional Pharmacy Operations
  • Delivery Management
  • Soup to nuts Operations Management (i.e. Call Center, Fulfillment etc.)
  • Strong Project Management Experience
  • IT Background with the Pharmaceutical
  • NOT a Tech Project Manager- PBM certification (Pharmacy Benefits Manager) would be a HUGE plus
  • The tech team all rolls up to this role
  • NOT a Claims Processor! Claims Processing experience, preferably in a government arena. i.e. Medicare/Medicaid/VA
  • They'll be leading a team of 10-20 individuals (approx)

Job Description
  • Directing application solutions and technical teams, a retail point-of-sale prescription/pharmacy system, and managed major projects
  • Acting as liaison between state and technical development/support teams
  • Taking ownership for client implementations, cross-functional strategic initiatives, and large-scale, high-impact projects
  • Managing resources within operations of service delivery teams (contact centers, rebate services, resources supporting technical implementation
  • Leading service delivery experience to the client by being the point of ownership
